In honor of this week's July 17th, Sunday market, also known as our first annual SCOOPTACULAR ICE CREAM SUNDAY. We've got a special weekly post that is all about, you guessed it, ICE CREAM!
And while we have some fantastic ice cream vendors this week, one of them is changing the stage for the ice cream game here in Boston by removing lactose but keeping that oh-so creamy taste.
Minus the Moo is a premium ice cream, made with real local (wicked awesome) New England dairy. The catch? Unlike 99% of "ice creams" on the market, these two ice cream lovers have removed the ingredient that makes those of us lactose intolerant ice cream lovers shudder; Goodbye Lactose. These two lovely ladies believe no one should miss out and we couldn't agree more.
What's more, Minus the Moo is taking ice cream back to basics, using their own custom mix of pure, locally sourced ingredients, free of harmful chemicals and additives.
