Vendor Selection:

To ensure Market quality and cohesiveness, we will jury all entries to make sure they are of compatible quality and diversity. Please be sure to provide an accurate description of your products, as well as a link to your website. Vendors will be accepted on a rolling basis until a particular category is full, so we encourage you to submit your application ASAP. At the moment the Winter Festival is fully booked, however if you'd still like to be in consideration for the wait list; please apply below.


The cost for a booth (approximately 10' x 810') is $400.00 for the full 3 days. We do offer a one-day standby rate of $175.00/day, however preference will be given to those vendors signing up for the full 3-day period. Once approved, payments are due within 1 week, and may be submitted via our payment page.

Cancellations & Refunds: 

SoWa Boston must be notified of any cancellations by September 15 in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date. 

Inclement Weather:

If the holiday market is closed due to inclement weather, you will be refunded for the day(s) we are closed.  Any closures will be at the discretion of SoWa Boston.

Set-Up and Take-Down:    

Vendors will be assigned a designated space that is approximately 8' x 8'. Vendors will be responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, displays, and other related equipment. Vendors must be in place and ready one hour before the market opens each day, and may not leave until the Market closes, unless given permission by the Market manager. Vendors are welcome to leave items and displays during the 3-day period. We will have security day & night, however we take no responsibility for any losses. Upon the close of the market, vendors must remove all items, trash & debris.  Specific booth assignments and load-in details will be provided closer to the market opening date. All assignments are made at the discretion of SoWa Boston and are final. 


No open flames, heating equipment, or highly flammable substances will be allowed. Unfortunately, we cannot provide electrical outlets, nor is wi-fi available. 


This application is for Vendor’s completion and submission, and does not guarantee admission. Once vetted, SoWa Boston will notify you via email if you are approved. At the moment the Winter Festival is fully booked. However, if you'd still like to be considered for the wait list please feel free to submit an application. 


Vendors indemnify and hold harmless SoWa North LLC, GTI Properties Inc, and their officers, agents and employees from and against all liabilities, loss, injuries, damages, and claims arising out of or related in any way to your participation in the SoWa Holiday Market.
