Sweat. Barre. Strength (S.B.S) is a fast-paced, high intensity Barre Class which includes barre, cardio, and yoga exercises. This class will mix barre and cardio exercises for the first 45 minutes to keep your heart rate up, make you sweat, and build endurance and strength. The last 15 minutes will focus on stretching and lengthening the muscles we worked with some gentle yoga poses.
Bring a mat, towel, and water with you to class. Mats will not be provided.
