DESCRIPTION:Date: September 15th\nTime: 6:30pm-9pm\nLocation: Wyllo – 65 Thayer St Boston\, MA 02118\nParking information if driving \nHave you ever looked at photos of charcuterie and felt like making them for your next get together event? Have you felt like you did not know where to start? What if I told you that you can now learn how as I will be there to guide you. \nThis workshop starts with the basics of cutting cheese\, fruit and meat and works up on the elegant details to the design. My session is sure to leave you confident with the skills to make your own charcuterie boards from scratch. It will include a demo and teaching for the first 1 hour. Next you will then create your own charcuterie box to take home. \nThis is a hands-on interactive workshop\, and we will be using the most common and favorite ingredients such as fine cheeses\, fresh fruits\, and delicious meats to make the perfect charcuterie box. \nAll food ingredients will be provided.
