#MakerMonday: Laurel Greenfield

Do you fancy yourself a foodie? Do you love documenting your food journey? If so, Laurel Greenfield's work may be the cherry on top of your food-obsessed sundae! Speaking of sundaes, sign up to paint your own ice cream cone with Laurel at her DIY Workshop on July 1st!

I am so excited to share more food stories with you as my site grows and evolves. I am also equally excited to bring YOUR food memories to life in a way you can cherish forever.

Laurel offers a variety of paintings ranging from originals on canvas to print versions. Her work goes far beyond reminiscing about the flavors of food, and also tries to capture the nostalgic feeling that surrounds food. Whether it be artichokes or ice cream, bagels or fortune cookies, Laurel's love of food and and the memories that comes with it propels her work.

These paintings make the perfect addition to a kitchen or living room. Laurel even offers commission work where you can talk with her one-on-one about a food experience you would like her to recreate into a tangible memory. If your food-obsession is a bit more discrete, she sells cards and phone cases of her work too!

You can shop more of her work on her site + follow along with her food journey on her Instagram. Find her in person at SoWa July 1, 15, 29; August 12, 26; September 9, 23; October 7, 21!
