Pre-Market Fitness: HIIT with Coach Amanda

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This class is a bodyweight workout that will focus building muscle and burning fat . Whether you’re a fitness pro or a beginner, this class is scalable, so you can work at your own pace and build strength, stamina, and endurance along the way. Prepared to feel uplifted, motivated, and sweaty!

Amanda has been working in the fitness industry for 12 years and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, as well as the General Manager at SoWa Health + Wellness. She specializes in functional fitness, kickboxing, strength training, and injury prevention. Amanda believes in client education, empowerment, and evidence-based strategies to help all of her clients reach their potential.
